Project Manager - Major Infrastructure Programme
6-Month Contract | Scotland | Hybrid
Up to £750 p/d (Inside IR35) N.D.E
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major infrastructure programme, driving innovative delivery approaches to improve programme performance and accelerate project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve delivery through modular construction, offsite manufacturing, digital technologies and standardised commissioning.
- Produce impact assessments to quantify programme, cost and delivery benefits.
- Support implementation of agreed improvements into project plans and delivery activities.
- Capture lessons learned and best practice for wider adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality, cost and programme objectives.
Essential Experience
- Proven delivery experience across major engineering, infrastructure, energy or construction projects.
- Strong project planning, programme management and resource coordination skills.
- Experience working under NEC3 contracts and managing change.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Familiarity with transmission, substation or large-scale engineering environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Engineering or Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience.
