Work will include:
1. Being capable of understanding regulatory rulesets in detail and their applicability to the in-scope entities and clients
2. Respond to internal and external queries including completion of necessary analysis, escalation and research required to create an accurate response
3. Analyze and dissect large data sets according to applicable rule requirements
4. Design and create intelligent metrics and reports for multiple audiences
6. Work with cross functional areas and often senior stakeholders to ensure queries are responded to successfully
7. Be able to follow predefined quality control processes and escalation routes
8. Support outreach activities including QA checks, monitoring, reporting, and tracking
9. Be able to quickly grasp complex problems, complete accurate analysis and work with the team to develop solutions e.g. new processes
10. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Key skills:
'1. 2-5years of relevant work experience
2. Good knowledge of the financial markets and swap products, and a working knowledge of current regulatory change requirements preferred.
3. Strong Business Analysis i.e.: needs to demonstrate how in their prior role(s) they are self-starting and self-directed, being able to take high-level information to perform the research needed to scope the requirements including the identification of issues/gaps.
4. Detail oriented, with strong Excel skills in particular PIVOT Tables, vLookups (& ideally Macros)
5. Worked with large data sets within Excel for analysis and reporting
6. Client facing experience preferred and in particular projects that involved client outreach to dozens or hundreds of clients
7. Attention to detail and intuition when dealing with Clients and Senior Stakeholders
8. Legal background with experience in legal document review and creation of legal outreaches (preferred)
