Digital Change Manager
12-Month Contract - (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)
Glasgow - £674 p/d
We are looking for an experienced Digital Change Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation programme. You will lead the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and technologies across the
organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management plans using structured methodologies.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
- Create and manage communication, engagement and training plans.
- Support business readiness, user adoption and benefits realisation.
- Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance.
- Coach project teams, managers and senior leaders through change.
- Track adoption metrics and embed change into project delivery.
Essential Skills
- Proven change management experience within digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience delivering change across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive user adoption.
- Prosci Change Management certification (or equivalent).
- Experience delivering organisation-wide change initiatives.
