Harvey Nash are recruiting for experienced Senior Kotlin Developers to join a rapidly growing digital consultancy delivering large-scale, mission-critical software projects.
This is an opportunity to work on complex backend systems, modern cloud-native architectures and high-impact digital services within collaborative, agile teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing scalable backend applications using Kotlin
- Building secure, cloud-based solutions within AWS environments
- Working closely with architects, product teams and fellow engineers
- Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Contributing to technical design and engineering best practices
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced developers
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with Kotlin
- Backend/software engineering experience (not mobile development)
- Experience working with AWS
- Exposure to TypeScript is desirable
- Experience delivering projects within a consultancy and/or public sector environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for quality engineering and continuous improvement
