Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract
Hybrid (Edinburgh, up to 2 days onsite)
Up to £425 per day
12 months (potential 6-month extension)
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major business change and digital transformation programme. You'll work across organisational modernisation initiatives, helping redesign processes, improve services, gather requirements, and deliver business change.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience on business change and digital transformation projects.
- Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience capturing user stories and business requirements.
- Process mapping, modelling and analysis expertise.
- Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills.
- Business Intelligence and data management experience.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Understanding of risk management.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Desirable
- Organisational design or operating model redesign experience.
- Lean process improvement / Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience delivering large-scale organisational change programmes.
- Formal Business Analysis qualification.
