UX Designer

📍 London (2 days onsite per week)
📅 6-Month Contract
💷 £575 per day

We're seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a major digital transformation programme, helping shape innovative user experiences within a complex and regulated environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, exploring problem spaces and helping define product direction rather than simply delivering against a fixed roadmap. You'll play a key role in designing end-to-end experiences, shaping interactions, behaviours and system logic across products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across complex products, services and platforms
  • Explore opportunities and define solutions in evolving or greenfield environments
  • Translate user needs, business goals and research insights into actionable design outcomes
  • Create interaction models, user flows and experience frameworks for new and emerging experiences
  • Conduct and synthesise user research to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology and business stakeholders
  • Simplify complex systems and challenges into intuitive user experiences

About You

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Senior UX Designer or Product Designer
  • Strong background in user-centred design and research
  • Experience designing complex digital products, platforms or services end-to-end
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape strategic direction
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complexity into clear solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within regulated environments would be advantageous

Desirable Experience

  • AI-enabled products and services
  • Conversational interfaces, voice experiences or emerging interaction patterns
  • Greenfield product development
  • Financial services, insurance, government or other regulated sectors

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative challenges, helping define the next generation of user experiences while collaborating with high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
