We're seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a major digital transformation programme, helping shape innovative user experiences within a complex and regulated environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in ambiguity, exploring problem spaces and helping define product direction rather than simply delivering against a fixed roadmap. - Explore opportunities and define solutions in evolving or greenfield environments
- Translate user needs, business goals and research insights into actionable design outcomes
- Create interaction models, user flows and experience frameworks for new and emerging experiences
- Conduct and synthesise user research to inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product, technology and business stakeholders
- Simplify complex systems and challenges into intuitive user experiences
About You
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Senior UX Designer or Product Designer
- Strong background in user-centred design and research
- Experience designing complex digital products, platforms or services end-to-end
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape strategic direction
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complexity into clear solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience within regulated environments would be advantageous
Desirable Experience
- AI-enabled products and services
- Conversational interfaces, voice experiences or emerging interaction patterns
- Greenfield product development
- Financial services, insurance, government or other regulated sectors
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative challenges, helping define the next generation of user experiences while collaborating with high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
