Title: Service Demand Planning Associate
Experience: 2-3 years
Duration: 6-month Contract
Location: Burgess Hill
Mode: Hybrid - 2 days in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day demand and supply planning, ensuring the right resources are available at the right time across the UK & Ireland.
- Monitor demand, capacity, service activities and inventory using CRM/ERP systems, identifying and resolving planning issues.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, field teams and customers to manage priorities and changing requirements.
- Use data and reporting to support capacity forecasting, demand-supply reviews and process improvements.
