We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 10+ years' experience in the MSP / Managed Services sector to lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
Duration: Full time, Perm
Mode : Onsite (5 days office)
Location: Livingston, Scotland
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new business, MRR and GP growth.
- Hire, coach and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Managed IT, Cyber Security, AI & Automation, Print and Telecoms.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline and profitability.
Ideal background:
- 3+ years in a similar MSP sales leadership role.
- Strong team leadership and coaching experience.
- Good understanding of MSP financials, MRR and gross margin.
- Existing customer network/book of business is highly desirable.
