Delivery / Implementation Manager - SAAS Platform - Customer Facing
Our client is looking for an experience Project/Implementation Manager to lead deployments of their SAAS Platform to their clients. This is very much a customer facing role where you will be expected to engage with the client stakeholders as well as the internal technical and data teams. You will be responsible for ensuring clients are successfully onboarded to their platform, taking on the role of Technical Account Manager once the solution has been deployed and managing all change requests.
You will have a core Project Management skill set - reporting, RAG Status, stakeholder/customer engagement and must have experience of delivering SAAS solutions to external customers rather than delivering internal projects. Any experience within a procurement or purchasing function would be beneficial.
