We're hiring a Solutions Architect for a leading Professional Services organisation, offering a rare opportunity to lead on architecture, own governance, influence technology strategy, and help shape the next generation of the technology estate.
If you've come from a software engineering background and have spent the last couple of years building your architecture experience, this could be the perfect step up.
What's the Opportunity?
You'll take ownership of architecture across the business, helping modernise a core platform while introducing the governance, standards and technical direction needed to support future growth.
Working closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders, you'll influence decisions around application architecture, APIs, integration patterns, cloud adoption and technology standards.
This is a business at the beginning of its architecture journey, giving you the chance to leave a genuine mark on how technology is designed, governed and delivered.
We're Looking For:
- A background in software engineering, ideally within the Microsoft stack
- Strong experience with .NET, C# and SQL Server environments
- 1-3+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or similar architecture role
- Experience establishing or driving architecture governance, standards or design authority processes
- Knowledge of API-led architecture and modern integration approaches
- Exposure to Azure or cloud transformation initiatives
- Someone comfortable engaging both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
