We're keen to speak with leaders who can demonstrate:

  • Experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with executive teams.
  • A solid understanding of BI architecture, reporting and data management principles.
  • Experience operating within complex organisations where balancing business needs and technical delivery is critical.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into meaningful insight and strategic outcomes.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the credibility to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience That Would Be Beneficial

  • Leadership of medium-sized BI or Analytics functions.
  • Experience within regulated, governance-led or compliance-focused environments.
  • Exposure to forecasting, modelling and business performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern BI technologies.

Why Join?

  • Lead a respected and established BI function.
  • Influence strategy and decision-making at a senior level.
  • Manage a talented and engaged team.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of data and analytics.
  • Significant scope to drive change, improvement and innovation.

If you're a BI leader who enjoys combining technology, strategy and stakeholder engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact in a genuinely influential role.
