Bev White, Executive Chair at Harvey Nash

The annual list celebrates women whose leadership and contribution are helping to shape the staffing sector.

The recognition comes as Bev White prepares to take on another influential industry role as Chair of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The REC represents the UK recruitment industry and champions its role in supporting businesses, candidates and the wider economy.

Commenting on her inclusion, Bev White said:

“I’m honoured to be recognised alongside so many women making an impact across our industry. Recruitment has such an important role to play in helping organisations understand the skills they need, find them and build workforces that are ready for what comes next. Technology and AI are opening up new possibilities, but ultimately this is still an industry built around people and potential.”

Bev brings extensive experience across technology, recruitment and business leadership. Before becoming Executive Chair of Harvey Nash and Crimson, she was Group CEO of Nash Squared. Her earlier career included technology leadership roles at Schlumberger and NTL, which became Virgin Media, before moving into the recruitment and talent sector.

Her appointment to lead the REC reflects her continued focus on the role recruitment can play in supporting people, businesses and economic growth, while helping the sector respond positively to the forces changing the world of work.
