 The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a critical finance systems transformation programme.
This is an important role that will be brought into the programme, helping to engage stakeholders, uncover challenges, and ensure the organisation is prepared for process and system improvements.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and adoption across a finance function, working closely with Finance, Procurement, Programme Leadership, and system specialists.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Develop and deliver the change management approach for the finance systems improvement programme.</li>
<li>Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and the wider organisation.</li>
<li>Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and stakeholder interviews to identify concerns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
