Chris O'Brien

Head of Customer Engagement

Hi, I'm Chris and I lead Customer Engagement at Harvey Nash.

With over 20+ years’ experience in the IT industry, combined with recruitment, project solutions and SoW engagements, I’m responsible for building strong, trusted partnerships with our clients and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality technology and consulting solutions via Statement of Work Engagements.

Outside of work, I am blessed to have a wonderful team outside of work, which is my family. As a family, we love spending time with our two amazing boys and two crazy cockapoos! I enjoy running, keeping fit, live music, and following Birmingham City up and down the country for my sins!

I’m proud to serve as an Ambassador for LoveBrum, supporting initiatives that make a real difference across Birmingham. I’m also a FA Qualified Football Coach and run a local grassroots football team.

The best piece of advice I was ever given (at my first interview at 16) was “it’s not what you do, it’s the way that you do it, that’s what get results!”
