Hi, I’m Claire, a Senior Consultant with over 8 years of experience within the IT recruitment industry.
Over the course of my career, I have partnered with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Software, Logistics, Engineering and Legal. I have successfully recruited for both functional and technical positions, covering roles from Project Managers, Developers and Architects to senior leadership appointments such as Heads of Cyber, Data and Infrastructure. I predominantly focus on recruiting permanent roles.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me embracing the outdoors—whether I’m strolling with my dog, riding horses, or indulging in my latest passion for wild swimming. I’m also an avid traveller, always eager to discover new places with friends and family. Some of my most memorable adventures include swimming in the sea alongside penguins in Cape Town, visiting May Island in Scotland to see the Puffins and galloping across vineyards in Andalusia.
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is “if you don’t like something change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.”
