Gary Breeze

Head of Operations

Hi, I’m Gary and I’m the Head of Operations for Harvey Nash's Statement Of Work Project Solutions division.

With over 30 years experience in providing innovative recruitment and project delivery solutions, I'm delighted to be joining the team at such a pivotal time, as we strategically invest in the expansion of our Project Solutions service. Our teams mission is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. My team manages the vital 'connective tissue' of our consultancy engagements, overseeing the full lifecycle of contractual requirements, PMO governance, and project change management. By focusing on precision in our Statements of Work and adaptability during project shifts, we empower our consultants to focus on what they do best: solving complex problems for our clients while we ensure the operational framework is robust and reliable.

Outside of work, I’m an avid Man United fan and also enjoy now living my former footballing days through ferrying my son to training and Sunday matches. At home, cooking has always been a passion of mine, embracing foods from all countries and cultures.

The best piece of advice I've been given is 'we have two ears and one mouth for a reason…. Use them in that ratio!'
