Hi, I'm Karen, Recruitment Operations Co-Ordinator based in the Midlands.
I’m an experienced recruitment professional specialising in compliance and contractor care, with a background spanning estate agency, conveyancing, and recruitment operations.
I bring nearly 20 years’ experience in estate agency and conveyancing, alongside over eight years in recruitment. My role focuses on contractor compliance management, onboarding, contracts, and ongoing contractor care, supporting sales and operations teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
I support and manage contractors and professionals across multiple sectors, focusing on roles that require robust compliance, onboarding, and contract management throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, and live music, often supporting my sons’ band. I love sunshine and visit Fuerteventura and Florida as often as possible. Family time is incredibly important to me, especially with my three grown-up sons, two young grandchildren, and pampering our dog, Ginny.
The best piece of advice I've been given is “if the shoe fits, buy it in every colour available”.
