Hi, I’m Kate and I’m a Senior Consultant within the Harvey Nash team.
I’ve been with Crimson/Harvey Nash since March 2019 and I specialise in IT contract resourcing—rapidly delivering high-quality talent through deep market insight and a relationship-driven, personable approach.
I love building long-term relationships with clients by offering a friendly, professional, end-to-end recruitment service. I’ve supported everything from large cyber response and transformation programmes to wider change initiatives and general IT roles across various industries. Always focusing on delivering a great experience for both clients and candidates.
I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an American Studies and English Literature exam, and after one year in the wider market, I made the move into recruitment and haven’t looked back since! I originally supported the team within the permanent delivery function for nearly two years, but then moved into contract recruitment and I’m now a Senior Consultant within the team.
Outside of work, I enjoy being part of a book club with close friends, keeping active playing netball, and spending time outdoors walking our three cocker spaniels (who keep us very busy).
The best advice I’ve received is "to remember we have two ears and one mouth for a reason - always listen twice as much as you speak!"
