Niti Gill

Client Engagement Director

Hi, I’m Niti, Client Engagement Director for Harvey Nash UK&I, based at our Headquarters in London.

I specialise in workforce and talent solutions, partnering with clients to develop strategic, long-term hiring programmes that support business growth. By gaining a deep understanding of client objectives, I create tailored talent strategies and work closely with our exceptional teams to optimise service delivery, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work, I prioritise health and wellbeing, I enjoy reformer Pilates, going to the gym and cooking. I’m also a dog mum, to a 5-year-old chihuahua. Together, these give me space to reset, reflect and stay focused.

The best piece of advice I've received is ‘never stop learning’.
