Olivia Yafai

Senior Consultant
Hi, I’m Olivia, a Senior Consultant at Harvey Nash.

I specialise in delivery and account management across specialist contract and permanent roles, working with clients across a range of industries. I’m passionate about building strong, long-term relationships and take a warm, personable approach to truly understand what both clients and candidates are looking for, so I can deliver outcomes that genuinely make a difference.
Example roles I recruit for include:
-Principal / Functional / Lead Consultants
-Programme/ Project Management
-Solution Architects
-Test Analysts / Managers
-Business Analysts.
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family (my two nieces are my world). I enjoy being outdoors, keeping active in the gym, and unwinding by cooking, getting stuck into a good psychological thriller, or watching live music.

The best piece of advice I have received is 'be yourself, it's the only approach that lasts!'
