Principal Consultant

Hi I'm Phil and I'm an Principal Consultant based in the Harvey Nash Manchester office. 

I specialise in working with key Public Sector clients across the North within Higher Education, NHS, Local and central government to procure specialist staff across a wide range of IT disciplines.

I support Public Sector clients via a variety of renowned procurement frameworks such as CCS RM6160 and RM6002, APUC, SUPC ESPO and G-Cloud frameworks. I draw on my extensive Public Sector knowledge to develop new strategies to support clients to fulfil niche requirements, advising on recruitment strategy, advert writing, market advice (salary guidance) and supporting their internal resourcing needs.

Partnering with organisations to fully understand their requirements / key objectives whilst agreeing and defining communication plans & regular updates via a variety of mediums which is paramount to success.
