Sam Thompson

Recruitment Consultant

Hi, I’m Sam and I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Harvey Nash Ireland.

I have worked in recruitment for over 4 years and during this time I have worked with various organisations across Ireland. In my role I support businesses recruiting for talent in Product and Software Engineering markets.

The roles I recruit for:

  • Software Engineer
  • Backend Engineer
  • Frontend Engineer
  • Full Stack Engineer
  • Product Designer
  • UX Designer
  • Product Manager

Outside of the office, I spend the majority of my time involved in sport, playing and coaching. My primary focus is the hectic home life with my partner, my son, and my stepdaughter…. that’s the most rewarding part of my life.

The best piece of advice I have received is, “You can’t win everytime, but keep trying to win.”
