Simon Crichton

Chief Executive Officer
I’ve spent my entire career in recruitment because I love the difference makes. The right talent can change the direction of a client’s business, and for candidates, the journey with us can shape their whole career. Whether permanent hires, contractors or associates, I believe every candidate deserves an outstanding experience.

What drives me is people. I want colleagues to feel stretched, supported and be proud of what they do and achieve. For me this all starts with building a culture of energy and pace where innovation and entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged and celebrated.

My focus is on staying close to our people, our clients and our candidates, so that we deliver results that matter and a business we can all be proud of.
