- Own and optimise the analytics stack, including Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure robust tagging and tracking across the full digital estate, including event tracking, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for Marketing, UX, and Product teams, enabling smarter decisions across campaigns, journeys, and content.
- Create dashboards and reporting frameworks using Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms to surface KPIs and unlock performance trends.
- Identify friction points and drop-offs across the customer journey, informing CRO, UX, and personalisation efforts.
- Work alongside developers and QA teams to implement tracking solutions and ensure data quality.
- Advise senior stakeholders with strategic recommendations rooted in data, tied to commercial and customer experience outcomes.
What You Bring
- 5-8+ years of experience in web or digital analytics roles, ideally in fast-paced ecommerce or complex multi-brand environments.
- Advanced hands-on skills with Google Analytics (GA360), BigQuery, GTM, and SQL.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level tagging strategy and analytics infrastructure.
- Confidence in turning data into action, surfacing trends, explaining performance, and prioritising improvements.
- Familiarity with CRO and behavioural analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Optimizely, ContentSquare).
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, UX, and Tech teams.
- Previous exposure to web replatforming or digital estate consolidation projects is a strong advantage.
Why This Project?
- Strategic contract with real influence over digital direction and measurable impact from day one.
- Be part of a well-funded, high-priority transformation initiative.
- Opportunity to define digital measurement best practice across a multi-brand ecommerce group.
