We're scaling fast, and we need an experienced eCommerce expert to hit the ground running.

Join a high-growth digital business through a significant phase of transformation. You'll be an experienced eCommerce Manager with a strong personalisation background, ready to drive results from day one.
Following a number of acquisitions, the company is consolidating multiple online storefronts and services into one streamlined, customer-centric digital platform. This role will take the lead on both platform optimisation and personalisation strategy, ensuring tailored content, products and experiences are delivered to the right audience at the right time, with measurable commercial impact.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for an independent expert who has successfully delivered personalisation and CRO initiatives within large, complex digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the eCommerce roadmap through a major platform consolidation, ensuring a unified and optimised customer journey.
  • Design and implement personalisation strategies across the digital estate - tailored by behaviour, segment, and context.
  • Build and manage dynamic user segments using behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.
  • Deploy and test personalised content, offers, and journeys across key digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across UX, CRM, Product, Marketing, and Tech to bring the digital strategy to life.
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing programmes to validate assumptions and drive iterative improvement.
  • Leverage analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and CDPs to generate insights and guide optimisation.
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).


Your Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in senior-level eCommerce, CRO, or Personalisation roles.
  • Strong track record of delivering personalised digital experiences with commercial impact.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and personalisation tools.
  • Confident working in transformation environments, especially involving platform unification or post-acquisition integration.
  • Proficient in segmentation, targeting, testing, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and act on insights.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams.

  • Increased conversion rates across personalised journeys and audience segments.
  • Higher engagement (CTR, time on site, pages per session) and reduced bounce rates.
  • Growth in AOV and lifetime value through targeted digital experiences.
