📍 Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle (hybrid - travel approx. once per sprint)
🕒 10-month contract | 💼 £550-600/day (Inside IR35)

💡 The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager who can bring structure, energy, and a clear Agile mindset to a strategic and high-impact area of work. This isn't a live product delivery role, it's about leading through influence, collaboration, and design-thinking in a complex policy and data-driven environment.
You'll be helping a cross-government team move from vision to action, coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams to support upcoming White Paper goals.
🧭 What You'll Do
Lead Agile delivery across a multi-disciplinary team (data, design, architecture, policy)
Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, coordinating priorities and dependencies
Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
Support the team in delivering through influence, not control, by enabling and unblocking
Bring delivery discipline, structure, and pace to a complex strategic space
Be part of a supportive Delivery Manager community
👀 What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading Agile delivery, ideally using Scrum or similar frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills, you'll bring people together to get things done
Ability to deliver in non-product environments, where outcomes depend on coordination and influence
Experience with large-scale transformation or strategy work
Confidence working with a range of roles, including architects, analysts, policy leads, designers, and senior stakeholders
