Business Analyst - M365 or Purview Projects
Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Leeds or Manchester (Potentially 3 days from September)

We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a high-impact, multidisciplinary digital transformation team delivering critical projects across M365 services, including Email, SharePoint, and Teams. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in Leeds or Manchester for at least 2 days per week (Potentially 3 days from September). Central Government experience is an absolute MUST for both these positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements
Analyse and improve business processes
Conduct use case and impact analysis to support design decisions
Engage effectively with stakeholders and manage key relationships
Collaborate with architects and technical teams in a multidisciplinary environment
Support access management and information governance initiatives
One role will specifically focus on MS Purview Information Protection (labelling/classification of data)
Essential Experience:
Proven track record working on M365 projects (Email, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience in access management and governance frameworks
Demonstrated ability to work across complex organisations and multidisciplinary teams
For one role: hands-on experience with MS Purview Information Protection and data classification/labelling
