2 x Roles - 1 x BA Shared Mailbox and 1 BA MS Purview Information Protection
Hybrid Working - Leeds or Manchester - Must be UK based and be able to travel to one of the locations
Day Rate: £375 Inside IR35 - 3 Month Contract to start then to extend from then
1 x BA Purview:
This role requires knowledge of the Microsoft Purview capabilities within Information Protection and working with the Product Owner to identify opportunities, both technical and process for exploitation within the organisation. The right candidate MUST have experience with MS Purview Information Protection
1 x BA Shared Mailbox
This workstream requires knowledge of Microsoft user facing products such as Email (Outlook), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office and Teams plus many others such as Forms. There are 14,500 shared mailboxes and the outcome required is an understanding of all use cases and the most appropriate solution for each. PGP Secure Email is used by less than 1,000 users within the organisation and is a sunset product. BA skills required to identify use cases and options to move to more strategic tools.
Examples of outcomes to be supported in both roles are listed below
· Elicit and define requirements
· Business improvement processes
· Relationship management and stakeholder engagement
· Delivery experience with M365, specifically Purview Information Protection, Email, SharePoint and Teams
· Desirable: experience within large civil service organisation
