Hybrid Working Role - With 2 days a week onsite in their West Yorkshire hub
What you'll be doing
Providing expert advice on digital and IT contracts, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and security standards.
Identifying supply risks and ensuring they are managed effectively.
Translating business needs into robust, commercially sound contract requirements.
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, driving performance and innovation.
Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to ensure contracts deliver agreed outcomes.
Managing digital assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Analysing invoices, usage, and costs to improve efficiency, achieve savings, and support accurate budget forecasting.
Leading procurement activities (under £50,000) in line with best practice.
Using strong problem-solving skills to resolve supplier and budget challenges effectively.
About you
You'll bring a strong background in contract management, ideally with:
Experience managing high-value, complex contracts.
Proven ability to drive supplier performance through KPIs.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong analytical, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an IT or digital environment.
