Admin Assistant - Pubic Sector - Inside IR35 - Inverness (Remote)

Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are hiring 3 x Admin Assistants, you will support the team with some tasks such as:
- General Admin duties
- Creating Agendas from Workplans/Action Plans
- Updating Workplans/Action Plans where appropriate
- Attending committee meetings
- Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
- Diary Management
- Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
- Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
- Public Service Experience (not essential but would be extremely useful)
- Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
- Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
- Solutions focused approach
