Admin Assistant - Pubic Sector - Inside IR35 - Inverness (Remote)

Duration - 6 months

Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are hiring 3 x Admin Assistants, you will support the team with some tasks such as:

  • General Admin duties
  • Creating Agendas from Workplans/Action Plans
  • Updating Workplans/Action Plans where appropriate
  • Attending committee meetings
  • Completing detailed minutes as a result of attending committee meetings, often in a variety of different styles
  • Diary Management
  • Arrangement of travel, accommodation, refreshments
  • Organising and co-ordinating large events which often requires dealing with many different stakeholders with differing views/expectations
  • Public Service Experience (not essential but would be extremely useful)
  • Exceptional organisational skills to be able to work on several different tasks that often have conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent use of initiative (sources work to do from the rest of the team if up to date, rather than waiting for additional tasks to be assigned)
  • Solutions focused approach
