Oracle EBS Project Manager | 4 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid, Havant/Reading| Starting ASAP

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver high priority business impacting integrations from our ERP, e-business suite, out to various business unit applications. This role will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a dedicated workstream as part of a very large complex programme of delivery. Experience in e-business suite, of working as a project management workstream lead on large scale deliveries and applying best practice methodologies to ensure effective management of our people, costs and overall delivery will be critical. Identifying and managing risks and issues, assessing and recognising criticalities and contingencies is an essential part of this role. You will need to be focussed on targets, quality and requirements and will report on progress to both the head of delivery and project sponsor.

Extensive E business suite delivery experience is essential, particularly in the Finance , Projects and Procurement space
Experience working as a project management lead for an e2e delivery as part of large scale complex programmes is essential
Flexible, can-do attitude with ability to adapt project approach to suit delivery, whilst maintaining high standards of governance and control

The end to end delivery of the relevant projects through the use of best practice methodologies, ensuring effective control over costs and resourcing enabling the delivery of projects to budget, quality and time.

Key to the role is to identify project risks and issues, assessing and recognising criticalities and contingencies.

You will need to be focused on targets and requirements, with an ability to be adaptable to meet changing business environments. Reports on progress to the relevant Lead Project Manager or Programme Manager.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and maintain highly effective relationships within projects and other project and business teams to ensure that interfaces work correctly.
  • Deliver the projects to the required quality and success criteria as defined in the project definition or Project Initiation Document (PID).
  • Management of 3rd parties, acting as a routine contact point between organisation and supplier.
  • Manage cross project and programme dependencies, ensuring activities are joined up from an operational and delivery point of view.
  • Proactively manage, through appropriate project management frameworks key customer and stakeholder relationships relevant to the projects
  • Manage projects to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified objectives, within budget and timescale.
  • Maintain and manage internal and external project dependencies.
  • Monitor contract performance, manage underperform
