The Business Relationship Manager is a crucial part of the Customer Strategy and Governance section of Information System Services (ISS) and operates across the University to build and manage stakeholder relationships. With a focus on International and domestic strategic partnerships you will forge valuable relationships with Faculties and Professional Services to stimulate and shape strategic digital development priorities and ensure that solutions and services offer maximum value to the University.

You will also analyse feedback from staff and students regarding services, responding to requested improvements and suggestions to create a culture of co-creation and customer service excellence. The role will encompass work to ensure the success of new partnerships, and to iteratively improve existing services and processes.

This is a fixed term role until April 2027. This role will primarily be based at the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options available to support a healthy work-life balance. A minimum of two days per week in the office is expected.
