Digital Business Analyst - Business Change - Contract
We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst with deep experience in business change, end‑to‑end project delivery, and cross‑functional transformation. This role is central to driving organisational change, shaping future‑state processes, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through to implementation and benefits realisation.

Business Change & Transformation
- Lead business change activity to support large‑scale transformation initiatives.
- Analyse current‑state operations, challenge existing processes, and define future‑state workflows that align to strategic objectives.
- Work closely with change managers, product owners, and operational leads to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.
- Define change impacts, readiness needs, training requirements, and support the creation of robust business change plans.
End-to-End Project Delivery
- Own the full BA lifecycle across multiple initiatives-from discovery and scoping, through delivery and implementation, to benefits tracking.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and validate end‑to‑end business requirements, user journeys, and process maps.
- Translate high‑level concepts into detailed functional and non‑functional requirements for delivery teams.
- Support solution design, ensuring outcomes align with business goals and are technically feasible.
- Work across multiple workstreams within complex programmes, ensuring dependencies, risks, and issues are clearly managed.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Act as the link between business SMEs, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to drive decision‑making and ensure the best business outcomes.
- Produce clear documentation, steering packs, and reports for senior audiences.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within transformation, organisational change, or digital/operational improvement programmes.
Proven track record supporting end‑to‑end project delivery, including discovery, requirements gathering, design, UAT, implementation, and transition into BAU.
Expertise in mapping as‑is and to‑be processes, identifying gaps, and defining process improvements.
Hands‑on experience working in environments involving the delivery or adoption of digital products (e.g., websites, apps, customer‑facing platforms).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable components.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence decision‑making at all levels.
Familiarity with business analysis tools, frameworks, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments with competing priorities.
