Transaction Relationship Manager - Structured Finance
Contract to July 2027
Circa £520 P/D inside IR35 (no flex here)
Canary Wharf - 3 days per week on site
I'm working with a global banking client in London as they look to bring on an experienced Transaction Relationship Manager (Structured Finance) within their Issuer Services business.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients involved in structured finance transactions. You'll review and negotiate deal documentation, manage execution and amendments, and ensure accurate setup and ongoing administration of transactions. You'll be responsible for both the technical and relationship aspects of structured finance deals. What I'm looking for:
1. Deep Structured Finance & Corporate Trust Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Issuer Services/Corporate Trust products
- Hands‑on experience with structured finance transactions
- Cash management experience and understanding of transaction documentation
2. High‑Level Transaction & Relationship Management Skills
- Ability to negotiate, execute, and manage complex deals
- Strong client‑facing skills and communication abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
3. Strong Organisational, Control, and Prioritisation Capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
- Appreciation of process, controls, and audit requirements
- Proactive approach with strong time‑management and organisational skills
