Technical Program Manager - Innovation Projects
Initial 2 year contract
€725 P/D via LTD
Dublin - Hybrid (3 days per week on site)
This role leads E2E delivery of sustainability and innovation projects, coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams to build new payments products outside of traditional card networks.
It manages planning, dependencies, execution, communication, and Agile processes to ensure high‑quality, production‑ready releases that supports the businesses strategy to develop products around real-time payments, automated clearing houses (ACH), and blockchain/digital currencies. What I'm looking for:
1. Strong Program/Project Delivery Expertise:
Ability to plan, track, and execute complex technical programs; manage dependencies; drive decisions; remove blockers; and ensure production‑ready outputs using Agile/Scrum practices.
2. Deep Technical & Product Understanding
Knowledge of software development processes, system architecture, non‑functional requirements, and delivery metrics; able to evaluate designs, understand data flows, and work effectively with engineering teams.
3. Exceptional Communication & Organisational Skills
Clear, concise communicator who provides accurate status, runs effective meetings, manages stakeholders, and maintains strong relationships across teams while operating with high energy, detail orientation, and proactive problem‑solving.
