The Opportunity

This is a strategic, high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership.

  • Provide governance and assurance across multiple transformation initiatives
  • Develop target state architectures, roadmaps, and transition plans
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence technology direction and investment decisions

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise the existing technology estate
  • Support programme delivery through architectural guidance and decision-making
  • Embed proportionate and pragmatic architecture standards and practices

Key Experience Required

  • Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Architect within complex organisations
  • Strong track record aligning technology strategy with business outcomes
  • Experience working across multiple architecture domains
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), applied in a practical manner
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to link technology decisions to value

Desirable

  • Experience in operationally complex or multi-service organisations
  • Exposure to organisations with a mix of physical operations and digital platforms
  • Experience supporting major change, integration, or optimisation initiatives
  • Awareness of data-led and platform-driven transformation approaches
