Business Analyst - Cyber Security (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)
9-Month Contract - £550/600 p/d (Inside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale cyber security transformation programme delivering Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across IT and OT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery, governance and service transition activities.
- Develop and maintain key documentation including TOMs, runbooks, service acceptance and onboarding artefacts.
- Coordinate onboarding, pilot readiness and production deployments.
- Work closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT teams and third-party suppliers.
- Support governance, compliance and risk management activities, including DPIAs, supplier assurance and audit requirements.
- Maintain risk logs, action trackers and governance documentation.
- Analyse deployment metrics, onboarding progress and service performance.
- Produce reporting, delivery insights and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.
Essential Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience within cyber security, infrastructure or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
- Experience with governance, risk, compliance and service transition activities.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards and data insights using Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex delivery environment.
Desirable
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint implementation experience.
- Exposure to IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Knowledge of NIS, BC/DR, RBAC and cyber security governance frameworks.
This role will play a key part in ensuring successful deployment, governance, compliance and operational readiness for a major endpoint security transformation programme.
