We are looking for 3 experienced Contract Managers / Procurement Contract Managers to support the sourcing and management of IT & Telco services.
Essential Experience
- IT Procurement / Contract Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT contracts, including drafting and authoring terms.
- Proven negotiation experience with Tier 1 technology suppliers.
- Cyber Security and/or Telco experience highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Project, Data Protection, Information Security and suppliers.
- Ability to manage complex contractual environments and identify/remediate commercial risks.
- Methodical, organised and process-driven approach.
- Strong commercial, communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and contracting activities for IT & Telco services.
- Develop contracting and negotiation strategies with Procurement, Cyber and Category teams.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
- Drive cost efficiencies and value for money while mitigating contractual risk.
- Support supplier relationship and performance management.
- Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver procurement objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies, legislation and regulations.
Desirable: UK Procurement Legislation, Utilities sector experience, and experience with Oracle, Jaggaer/Bravo!, Achilles or similar procurement systems.
Reading or Havant preferred.
