The successful candidate will play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and adoption across a finance function, working closely with Finance, Procurement, Programme Leadership, and system specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organisation in understanding and adopting new processes and ways of working.
  • Develop and execute communication, engagement, and business readiness plans.
  • Assess organisational impacts of proposed changes and create mitigation strategies where required.
  • Identify potential resistance to change and implement appropriate engagement activities to secure buy-in.
  • Ensure end users are prepared and supported throughout the transformation journey.
  • Track and report on stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
  • Work collaboratively with programme leadership to ensure change activity aligns with project milestones and delivery objectives.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering change management on finance transformation, ERP, or enterprise system implementation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting organisations through process and behavioural change.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
  • Ability to work in environments where processes are evolving and requirements are still being defined.
  • Experience working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders during discovery and design phases.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience operating within complex organisations where stakeholder engagement is critical to programme success.

  • Experience of finance systems transformation programmes.
  • Public sector or higher education experience.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), or related business functions.
