AI Enablement & Product Manager We're looking for an AI Enablement & Product Manager to play a key role in accelerating the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-powered agents across a major UK financial services organisation. This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of business change, product management and emerging technology, helping identify high-value use cases, shape AI-enabled solutions and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology functions to take ideas from discovery through to adoption, ensuring solutions are practical, governed and deliver real value. What You'll Be Doing * Lead discovery activities with business teams to identify opportunities where Microsoft Copilot and AI agents can improve productivity, decision-making, information management and operational effectiveness. * Challenge assumptions and help stakeholders define underlying business problems before recommending AI-enabled solutions. * Own and prioritise a pipeline of AI initiatives, managing requirements, user feedback, success measures and product backlogs. * Drive AI products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and proof of concept through to pilot, rollout, adoption and transition into business ownership. * Design and coordinate user testing, experimentation and feedback activities to validate value, usability and adoption. * Measure and report on adoption, business benefits and key success metrics. * Collaborate with technology, data, security, risk, finance and business teams to ensure successful delivery and sustainable adoption of AI capabilities. * Support responsible AI adoption by considering governance, security, compliance and operational requirements throughout delivery. What We're Looking For Essential Experience * Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Service Design or Business Analysis, with a track record of delivering AI-enabled or Microsoft-based initiatives from discovery through to operational adoption. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder or AI Agent solutions within a medium or large enterprise environment. * Strong understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies, with the ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, data specialists and security teams. * Proven ability to identify business challenges and determine where AI, automation or process redesign can create meaningful value. * Experience assessing and prioritising opportunities based on business impact, feasibility and risk. * Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change across complex organisations. Desirable Experience * Experience within Financial Services or another regulated environment. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric or related Microsoft technologies. * Experience working with third-party suppliers, delivery partners or commercial engagements. * Relevant AI, Product Management or Microsoft certifications.
