This will require co-ordination of resources in executing the planned activities in alignment with programme timelines against business requirements. This role will require working closely with various Teams across the Programme, including IT operations, business units and external 3rd parties, to ensure that the cutover activities align with the programme goals and timelines. The Cutover Lead identifies and resolves issues that arise during the cutover lifecycle, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and escalate issues to ensure smooth resolution and risk-controlled cutover. Main Duties:Cutover Strategy &amp; Planning - Lead the end-to-end cutover process, including planning, preparation, execution, and post-go-live stabilization against the cutover strategy. - Work with the Cutover Manger to define detailed cutover plans covering technical, functional, and business activities. - Collaborate with PMO, release management, and technical teams for integration with non-Oracle systems. - Conduct Workshops on Cutover activities with all related project streams and business and collect appropriate cutover steps to be performed and works closely with the workgroups to document the integrated cutover plan for each application - Leads integrated cutover activities for Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live for the Cut-Over cycles - Ensure alignment with the key program milestones (PB1, PB2, SIT, FVT, PCT, Penetration Testing, Regression, Dress Rehearsal, and Go-Live).
