Data & analytics expertise built around the outcome

Data programmes only create value when the information behind them can be trusted, connected and put to work. You may need to strengthen the foundations beneath your data, modernise platforms, improve governance or make analytics more useful to the people making decisions.

Whatever the starting point, our data analytics consulting support is shaped around what you need to achieve.

We work with you to understand where the challenges sit today and what needs to change. From there, we bring together the right specialist capability around the work, delivered through a Statement of Work that keeps outcomes, milestones, governance and accountability clear.

From data foundations to better decisions

Having more data does not automatically mean having better insight.

Data needs to be reliable, accessible and connected before organisations can use it confidently for reporting, analytics or more advanced applications such as AI.

We help strengthen those foundations while keeping the work connected to the business decisions and priorities it needs to support. Whether you are addressing data quality, modernising your architecture or improving how information moves through the organisation, we stay close to the work and adapt as requirements evolve.

The Challenge

When an environmental services organisation needed to strengthen its data foundations and improve how operational information, reporting and change were managed, it needed a delivery partner with the specialist talent, pace and governance to focus on the right outcomes.

Data was stored across multiple spreadsheets, systems and platforms making it difficult to establish a trusted view for decision-making and operational improvement. The priority was to create trusted data, clearer reporting and automation opportunities, while strengthening planned preventative maintenance through a coordinated, multi-skilled team.

How we solved it

We aligned on the business outcomes before bringing together the right blend of data engineering, business analysis and business change expertise. Working as one coordinated team, we flexed specialist capability around each stage of the engagement, with clear priorities, ownership and governance guiding delivery.

Systems, datasets and workflows were translated into a focused delivery backlog, resulting in a documented data pipeline, trusted data outputs and reusable engineering standards, supported by defined dashboards, KPIs, automation opportunities and practical change support, delivered at pace and embedded so the organisation could continue to build on it.
