ERP Consulting Solutions

Harvey Nash provides specialist ERP solutions through Statement of Work, helping organisations implement, migrate, recover and optimise ERP programmes with greater control and accountability. Explore our ERP services below, or speak to our team about how we can support your programme.

ERP consulting shaped around successful outcomes

ERP programmes rarely follow a straightforward path. You may be planning a new implementation, moving through a complex migration, trying to recover a programme that has lost momentum or preparing your organisation for cutover and adoption.

Our ERP consulting solutions are shaped around where you are today, and where you need to go tomorrow.

We work with you to understand what needs to change, what is hindering progress and what successful delivery looks like. From there, we bring together the right ERP capability around the work, delivered through a Statement of Work that keeps scope, milestones, governance and accountability clear.

More than ERP implementation

A successful ERP programme has to work for the organisation around it.

That means bringing the platform, business processes and operating model into alignment, while keeping delivery moving and giving stakeholders a clear view of progress.

Whether you are implementing, migrating, recovering or optimising an ERP environment, we stay close to the work and team as decisions are made. Our role is to bring the delivery leadership and specialist capability needed to move the programme forward, without adding unnecessary distance or complexity.

ERP transformation works best when the technology supports how the organisation needs to operate. We help align platform design and business processes around the target operating model, keeping the technology and business requirements connected throughout delivery.

How speed, control and global reach enabled a complex SAP transformation

The Challenge

A global security technology organisation undertaking a major SAP transformation programme needed specialist project leadership capability to support delivery across a complex international technology environment.

The challenge was finding and quickly mobilising the right SAP expertise, combined with the ability to work collaboratively within established governance structures, manage delivery dependencies and support teams across multiple locations.

How we solved it

Drawing on Harvey Nash’s global talent community and a strong understanding of the organisation’s requirements, we responded quickly; identifying and mobilising a specialist SAP Project Manager with the transformation experience and technical understanding needed to deliver meaningful project outcomes.

The consultant was deployed through a Statement of Work engagement, providing targeted ERP capability while maintaining clear governance, delivery alignment and accountability.

This flexible approach strengthened delivery capability, maintained momentum across the wider transformation programme and gave the organisation access to specialist SAP expertise without adding unnecessary complexity.

The Challenge

A global organisation was rolling out SAP across multiple regions as part of a wider ERP transformation, replacing legacy systems and standardising operational processes across its international operations.

As the programme progressed into new regions, specialist SAP project capability was needed to support early-stage delivery, strengthen governance and help maintain momentum across the wider rollout.

How we solved it

We drew on our UK and US talent communities to identify the right specialist Associate for the programme, matching the requirement with the expertise needed to support the next stage of delivery.

The speed and precision of the mobilisation meant the programme could progress without delay, with key early-stage outcomes, including the successful completion of an initial Fit & Gap Analysis, achieved on time and a strong foundation established for the remaining regional rollouts.
