Statement of work

Harvey Nash provides Statement of Work (SOW) consultancy services, helping organisations shape, mobilise and deliver complex technology and transformation programmes. Explore our Statement of Work solutions below, or speak to our Project Solutions team about the outcomes you need to achieve.

When the stakes are high, you need a delivery partner you can trust

We know complex transformation programmes rarely stand still. Priorities shift, new risks emerge and the right expertise is not always available when you need it.

Through our Statement of Work (SoW) consultancy services, our solutions consultants take accountability for agreed outcomes, providing the governance, expertise and global talent needed to deliver with confidence. From initial diagnosis to measurable results, we stay close to the work, adapt around your priorities and keep progress visible at every stage.

Trusted Delivery. Measurable Transformation.

Bringing scale, flexibility and accountability together through Statement of Work

Most delivery models involve some form of compromise. Large consultancies offer scale, but can feel removed from the work. Traditional staffing provides access to talent without ownership of the outcome. Boutique consultancies can offer closer relationships but may not have the same reach.

Our Statement of Work approach brings those strengths together. Our solutions consultants remain close to your teams while taking accountability for agreed outcomes, drawing on our trusted referenced associates and backed by Harvey Nash's global capability when specialist expertise or additional scale is required.

You get the responsive, consultative experience of a specialist partner, with the reach and delivery capability of a global business.

Governance that keeps delivery moving
Governance that keeps delivery moving

Clear responsibilities and visible governance are built into the engagement, keeping accountability connected to tangible deliverables rather than simply time and materials. As priorities or requirements change, we can adapt the team and delivery approach, while risks, decisions and progress are kept visible.

Statement of Work case study

Enabling the next phase of the ERP journey with confidence

The Challenge

A global manufacturing business was centralising its operations into a UK-based team and needed specialist NetSuite advisory and architecture expertise to support the next phase of its ERP journey.

Following an initial proof of concept and engagement with an implementation partner, they needed an independent perspective to validate the approach, provide technical assurance and help ensure the solution was aligned to their wider business requirements.

How we solved it

Through Harvey Nash’s global talent community, we quickly identified a specialist NetSuite consultant with the right combination of advisory experience and technical expertise.

From the initial conversation to onboarding, we were able to mobilise the required capability within 24 hours through a Statement of Work engagement, giving the organisation access to the expertise needed while maintaining clear accountability around the work and outcomes.

By flexing around the client’s existing programme approach and providing independent expertise at the right point in the journey, we helped strengthen confidence in the solution design and support the next phase of ERP delivery.
