<p><strong>Hi, my name is Karolina and I'm a Programme Delivery Lead as part of our Direct Sourcing offering at Harvey Nash.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>I look after service delivery for our Meta account. I am an experienced Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. I initially started my career as a technology recruiter focusing on the Microsoft market. I then moved on to the role of an account/service delivery manager.</p>
<p>I now support the delivery team directly and focus on sourcing quality candidates for our key clients. I graduated from Durham University with a Sociology Degree, initially aiming to work in a Charity organisation before finding the perfect combination - working in Harvey Nash as well as volunteering and fundraising in my free time!</p>
<p>I really enjoy travelling as well as the outdoors, especially trekking in our beautiful Lake District.</p>
<p>The best piece of advice I've been given is, <em>"Treasure all the moments because time moves fast."</em></p>

The role will involve working with complex, real-world healthcare datasets, including routinely collected clinical data, digital health outputs, and linked datasets within secure environments such as Trusted Research Environments (TREs).</p><p>The postholder will be responsible for developing robust statistical analysis plans aligned to project objectives, applying appropriate quantitative methodologies, and ensuring outputs are accurate, reproducible, and compliant with relevant governance frameworks. <p>IT Trainer - 6 months - Hybrid</p><p>I am searching for an IT Systems Trainer to join a S4 HANA programme. The ideal candidate will have experience providing Training for Large IT Systems, it would be beneficial to also have supply chain experience.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work with the Supply Chain Planning Function to deliver a training programme to end users that supports the implementation of SAP IBP and S4 HANA.</li><li>Support the successful adoption of SAP IBP across planning functions, ensuring users are confident and competent in using the system.</li><li>Create user friendly training guides and content to be delivered in person and through virtual training sessions. <p><strong>Cyber Security Risk Analyst - Outside IR35 - Edinburgh (Hybrid) - Public Sector </strong></p><p><strong>Day Rate - £450</strong></p><p><strong>Duration - 12 months</strong></p><p>Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are looking to bring in a contract Cyber Security Risk Analyst to their cyber security team and work closely across with the digital department and with business process owners. <strong>Note that you must be onsite once per week in Edinburgh.</strong> You will be expected to get up to speed with core business priorities and digital services and contribute to the development and population of new cost-effective, objective, and where possible, automated risk management processes. The goal is to support data-driven security decisions through maintaining accurate and up-to-date risk information. This includes supporting the development of risk management tools and integration with relevant data sources.
