Experience<ul><li>10+ years of experience in Markets data, data transformation, data analytics, control functions, product control, market risk, valuation control or related disciplines.</li><li>Strong experience delivering complex strategic transformation initiatives within Markets or equivalent financial services environments.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Markets products, valuation methodologies, trade lifecycle processes and associated data structures across multiple asset classes.</li><li>Expertise in trade population, market data, reference data, data lineage, data governance and data quality management.</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and monitoring controls in a 1LOD or 2LOD environment.</li><li>Strong business analysis, change management and stakeholder management capabilities.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environments while driving execution across multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and governance forums.</li></ul>What we'll need from you<ul><li>10+ years in data analytics within Markets (1st or 2nd line), with a strong grasp of financial products, operational intricacies, and various Markets asset classes (Equities, Rates, FX, Markets Treasury, Spread Products, Commodities, etc.), including their data structures and valuation methodologies, CDE requirements</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of how data influences business decisions, including expertise in data modeling and manipulation patterns</li><li>Knowledge of CDE and validation related data quality issues at process touchpoints in complex technology environments</li><li>Extensive experience in designing and monitoring key controls in Manager's Control Assessment (MCA), particularly within trading environments.
