Business Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Edinburgh (Hybrid)
£450/£475 p/d
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of business and IT change projects. This is a hands-on role working across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement
- Produce user stories, process maps, and specifications
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation
- Work closely with business and technical teams
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven BA experience in complex environments (public sector or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile experience (user stories, mapping, Kanban)
- Experience with process improvement, data analysis, and reporting
- Exposure to enterprise systems (HR, Finance, Estates or similar)
