A leading public sector consultancy is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of major digital transformation initiatives focused on communications, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex digital projects from discovery through to live service.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and governance.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ownership.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
- Manage project change and ensure effective communication across all audiences.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong Agile delivery and project management expertise.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working across organisational boundaries.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, governance, risk, and budget management.
- Ability to develop and maintain realistic project, quality, risk, and communications plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Desirable
- Experience delivering digital workplace, communications, intranet, or collaboration projects.
- Public sector and consultancy experience.
- Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications.
