Senior Digital Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives within a public sector organisation.
You will oversee multiple workstreams including End User Computing (EUC), Cloud, Data & Analytics, Finance Systems, and HR Systems, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to implementation.
This role requires a hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong track record of leading complex technology change in structured, non-agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple digital and technology projects.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance.
- Coordinate technical and business teams across several workstreams.
- Engage senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Drive delivery, issue resolution and business readiness activities.
- Provide clear reporting and assurance to programme leadership.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex digital, data and technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Knowledge of cloud, EUC, data, finance or HR system transformation projects.
- Ability to operate effectively within public sector or similarly complex environments.
- PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent qualification desirable.
