We are seeking an experienced Change & Engagement Manager to support a major transformation programme within a public sector environment.

Working closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, Business Analysts, and training leads, you will drive change, communications, engagement, and business readiness activities to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop and execute communications and engagement activities.
  • Create digital communications, presentations, and awareness materials.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Coordinate readiness, training, and adoption activities.
  • Measure engagement, change readiness, and user adoption.
  • Support programme reporting and change governance.

Essential Experience

  • Proven change management experience on large transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled change.
  • Ability to develop communication plans and engagement strategies.
  • Experience measuring business readiness and adoption
  • Public sector or government experience.

It would be advantages if you had experience with enterprise system implementations, and/or knowledge of change management methodologies.
